Marmot and Marmalade

My partner wrote a short story about a witch named Marmalade who made bakery treats for a rather persistent Marmot. I illustrated this for her birthday.

Initial sketch. I didn't like this one as the perspective felt weak. so I redrew it, and used it for texture picking.

Happier with my second iteration, I proceeded with detailing and colour tweaking.
